About

Lilyana Doyle is a mixed media artist living and working in London, Ontario. For the past decade, she has created a range of work that invites connection and conversation, often challenging the core of perceived realities. She is inspired by sacred geometry and the natural systems that make up the human and spiritual body. In her earlier works, spirituality has loomed in the background, now recognized in her current practice as a prominent presence. Doyle’s interest in spiritual themes emerged in her childhood. While being raised on a farm in Merlin, Ontario, she repeatedly experienced an unexplainable connection to the universe and felt the creative urge to study and express the messages.

Doyle’s work has been presented throughout South-Western Ontario, featured in juried exhibitions at the Art Gallery of Mississauga and Propeller Gallery in Toronto. Her work is held in several corporate and private collections. In 2021, Doyle was awarded by the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, offering the Artistic Merit Presidential Scholarship and placement in the Dean’s Scholars Program to study in Sienna, Italy.
