Order processing times

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. You will be notified once your order has shipped.

Order changes/cancellations

Please note that once your order has shipped, Lilyana is unable to make any changes or accept any cancellations. Delivery dates provided are an estimation, but not guaranteed. 

Lost/stolen packages

Lilyana Doyle is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen upon delivery. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as Lilyana is unable to reroute packages once they are shipped.
